A person who can work with a nominal group for several days. He/she can initiate teambuilding process, is able to integrate all members of a group into ongoing activities, is able to create interesting/meaningfull/educational process. Counselor is able to evaluate progress in competences through micro-role system of evalutation.
Вожатый - человек, который умеет работать с номинальной группой в течение нескольких дней, решать задачи сплочения коллектива, включения в деятельность всех членов группы/отряда, создания насыщенных/интересных/развивающих процессов в группе/отряде.
