Position description
A person, who creates and carries a game for 6-8 hours and nearly 60 participants. Master leads a comparably independent location in game. He organizes the work of game-technologists of his location and he keeps a communication with a Chief-master in keeping the strategy of developement of a full game.
Master promotes a sequence of RPG's for a few teams-participants. He generates a playbook(set of rules), as well as he organizes a self and group-reflection, resulted in one game and in a full sequence. Finally, he generates a system of self and group-feedback and estimations.
(Человек, разрабатывающий и проводящий малое игровые формы на 6-8 часов и 50-60 участников. Мастер ведет сравнительно автономный цельный и самодостаточный кусок игры, организует работу игротехников своего куска и взаимодействует с главным Мастером, удерживая общую логику развития игры.
Мастер проводит серию ролевых игр, в которой участвует несколько команд. Разрабатывает правила для команд, участвующих в чемпионате, организует групповую и индивидуальную рефлексию по итогам каждой игры и всей серии, а также систему групповых и индивидуальных оценок для участников чемпионата.)
